How much does shipping cost?

Australia Wide:

  • FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all orders over $150

  • $10 flat fee for standard shipping on orders under $150

  • $15 flat fee for Express Shipping on any order


** All orders are sent via Australia Post: Standard Parcel Post or Express Post ( depending on your selection at check out )


How long will my order take to arrive?


OPTION 1. STANDARD PARCEL POST

Delivery timeframe estimates ( within Australia )

Intrastate ( within WA )

  • Metro: up to 2 business days

  • Regional: up to 5 business days

Interstate ( outside WA )

OPTION 2: EXPRESS POST

IMPORTANT/ If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day ( Monday - Friday ).

Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, inclement weather or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are beyond our reasonable control.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. 


Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us immediately on 08 6361 1500 or at shop@labellepeau.com.au with your order details and we’ll always help where possible. If you email us with a change of shipping address please keep in mind your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.


How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include your Australia Post tracking link so you can see exactly where your products are.


wHAT IF I ORDER A Product on back order?

Whilst we always aim to have full stock of products, from time to time we may sell out. If this happens, you’ll receive an email from our team specifying if a backorder applies to any of the products you have ordered which may affect the delivery time of your order.
