 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • In order to secure your initial appointment, we require up to a $75.00 deposit that will either be deducted from the total amount of your products and/or treatments after the commencement of your initial appointment or used to pay for your therapists time.

  • La Belle Peau has a strict cancellation and no show policy. Due to the busy nature of our clinic, a scheduled appointment means that time and possibly certain machines are reserved only for you. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule appointments. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely care.

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. A $50 fee will be added to your account should you not allow for our cancellation policy.

  • For new clients & tattoo clients, your $75.00 deposit will be used towards our cancellation fee.

  • To reschedule appointments please call us on (08) 6361 1500, if you reach our answering service, please leave a detailed message or alternatively send us an email.


COSMETIC TATTOO APPOINTMENT PRE-CARE INFORMATION

Pre-care instructions are designed to limit bleeding and sensitivities during the procedure. Excessive bleeding can result in dilution of pigment & poor retention.

72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Do not take ADVIL or other blood thinning medication such as Ibuprofen, Asprin, Niacin or Vitamin E. If you are taking any blood thinning medication for medical reasons, it is your responsibility to seek medical advice from your Doctor to ensure you can stop these for the 72 hours prior.

48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Do not drink ALCOHOL or CAFFEINE. Avoid pre-natal vitamins and "‘Hair, skin and nails’ supplements.

Cosmetic Tattoo service cannot be performed if you are sunburnt on the area of the tattoo and/or if you have not followed the pre-care instructions provided to you at the time of your consultation. Please contact us on (08) 6361 1500 or info@labellepeau.com.au to reschedule.


PAYMENTS

La Belle Peau accepts payments for products and services in the form of cash, via bank transfer or eftpos services. At this time we do not accept AMEX or payment plan apps such as AFTERPAY or ZIP PAY etc. La Belle Peau requires that payments be made in full after your appointment prior to leaving the clinic.


PARKING YOUR VEHICLE

We have plenty of on-site parking, however on our busy days like Wednesdays and Saturdays parking can sometimes become limited. There is 3hour parking on Burt Street outside the clinic and some paid parking near the Rosemount Hotel.

GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • La Belle Peau Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from date of purchase. 

  • La Belle Peau Gift Cards are non-refundable. 

  • No-shows or cancellations not allowing for our cancellation policy will incur a $50 fee which.  

  • You may not use a La Belle Peau Gift Card to purchase other La Belle Peau gift cards.

  • La Belle Peau Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.

  • La Belle Peau is not be liable for redeemed Gift Cards if they have been stolen. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card, contact us at info@labellepeau.com.au or on 08 6361 1500 immediately. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. Ownership and risk of loss of E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.

  • La Belle Peau Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.

  • Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Gift Card

  • La Belle Peau E-Gift Cards can be printed and presented to recipients

  • La Belle Peau Gift Cards do not count toward membership points

  • All orders and successful delivery of E-Gift Cards are subject to the approval of the purchaser's financial institution. Until the transaction is approved, your E-Gift Card order may be cancelled or delayed. If your E-Gift Card has not been delivered, please contact us. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

  • We are not responsible for E-Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact us if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her E-Gift Card.

  • If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the La Belle Peau Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

    1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder

    2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email

    3. Email inbox has exceeded its size limit

    4. Invalid email address

    Note/ If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to the recipient’s inbox, the email options/settings of the recipient will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@labellepeau.com.au or on 08 6361 1500. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions, La Belle Peau will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the Gift Card including damages arising out of changes to or termination of the La Belle Peau Gift Card program or as a result of you or your recipient redeeming and/or using the La Belle Peau Gift Card. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
